  • Yes. You can post or courier your products to our studio. We photograph them professionally and return non perishable items once the shoot is complete.

  • We can work at your premises, at a hired venue, or in our studio. We will recommend the best location based on your needs.

  • Shoot times vary depending on the package and number of items. Sessions can range from around two hours to a full day.

  • The number of images depends on the package you choose. Each package clearly outlines how many professionally edited images are included.

  • Delivery usually takes between five and seven days after the shoot, depending on the package and workload.

  • Yes. All packages include full lifetime commercial use, so you can use the images on your website, social media, menus, packaging, and marketing materials.

  • We offer fast track delivery options if you are working to a tight deadline.

  • Additional images can be added to any package. We will always confirm costs before proceeding.

  • We offer flexible packages to suit different budgets and needs. Pricing depends on the length of the shoot, number of images, and level of styling required.

  • Yes. We work across Bristol and the whole of the UK. Travel beyond the local area may include a mileage charge, currently 55p per mile.

  • Yes. We regularly work with businesses launching new products, refreshing menus, or rebranding their business.  We offer a 25% discount for a 4 season shoot, a 25% deposit is paid and the balance split over the next 3 shoots, so you 4th shoot is free.

  • Digital files are typically supplied in JPG format in two folders:

    High-resolution for print use.

    Low-resolution for website and social media.

  • Yes.  We can include photos of staff in the mix, discussed it before hand and we can fit it into the shoot plan.

  • The shoot is planned around your priority images and intended usage.

  • Yes. We can support photography training showing you the basics. Some businesses book a shoot first, then training later to improve in-house content creation.
